Registration for the Process Education Conference 2012, hosted by the Academy of Process Educators, includes the provision of food throughout the conference. However, depending upon individual arrangements and needs of conference participants, some of these options may not be available and/or sufficient. Please note below the specifics of which meals are provided and under what circumstances.

Breakfast | The conference hotel (Country Inn and Suites in Cortland, NY) includes free breakfast for those staying at the hotel. If other lodging is used by participants during their conference trip, the Academy does not guarantee provision of breakfast in those instances. |

Lunch | On-site lunch for all conference participants is provided on Tuesday, June 18, Wednesday, June 19, and (for those attending the annual summer Academy meeting) Thursday, June 20. Lunch is not provided by the Academy for any other days. |

Dinner | Hors d’oeurves are provided on Monday, June 18 at the Hall of Innovation poster session. Heavy hors d’oeurves are provided on Tuesday, June 19 at the Social Gathering. It is possible that some conference attendees may need to purchase additional food items on these days. Dinner is not provided by the Academy for any other days. |
