What engaged or excited you most about learning when YOU were a student?

When I was a student, I was excited to be able to do something new at the end of a class or learning experience. I recall the delight of practicing a new speech-language pathology skill in a clinical learning environment and working with classmates to create meaningful pediatric language therapy activities. Learning by doing was the most engaging learning context for me.
